Massive site at the rear of Blores Hill Caravan Park at Lake Glenmaggie, which has heaps of amenities and things to keep the kids interested like basketball court, massive swimming pool, and the lake is only a couple of minute drive to drop the boat in or a 10 minute walk. Also 10 minutes back into Heyfield which has a supermarket, bakery, pizza, butcher and a couple of pubs.
Park is pet friendly as long as on leash etc, campfires no issue ever, and they also put on a few things like fireworks and bonfire queens bday weekend.
2 Vans under permanent steel annexe covering both vans and also housing an internal area with room for couches, fridge, kitchen, TV and dining/brekkie table, own gas hot water system for the kitchen, as well as own toilet and shower!
First van has been fully refurbed, a double bed as pictured, with room on floor for a further double blow up bed if necessary, powered up for TV and lighting, and as plenty of storage for the long stays with the family, also corner couch as shown in photo's. Also has heater which can be moved around to suit.
Second van has double bed at end of van, and also table at the other end which lowers into another bed, probably around the king single size, van is also powered.
Annexe houses the kitchen and TV etc, also has 2 couches which fold down for further bedding. Annexe is massive, with 2 fridges (1 Large 1 Bar Fridge), fully enclosed by PVC blind and also a lockable door. Internal lights and fan also installed.
Hot water system run by large gas bottle, so nice hot showers with great pressure, and also hot running water for the kitchen, also has washer and dryer which we have never used, but would be good for family spending a couple of weeks onsite.
We are leaving everything except one of the TV's which we will take home, there is plenty of firewood to get you through at least the next 4+ colder month trips.
